  1. To port irsim to linux I changed some makefiles and options. I also made
  2. some cosmetic changes to src/utils/Export/export.c, just to get it to compile.
  3. This release is modified to look for X11 libraries in /usr/X11R6/lib or
  4. /usr/X386/lib.

  6. If irsim doesn't compile/run on your machine, I try to help as much as I
  7. can.

  9. Installation:

  11. You have to have csh/tcsh to compile irsim. Set CAD_HOME environment
  12. variable to point to the place where you want the simulator installed. It
  13. will create $CAD_HOME/bin, $CAD_HOME/man and $CAD_HOME/doc/irsim and install
  14. itself there.
